Dear supervisors, respect and greetings to you. I want to explain my point of view. I was given a GR 6.17 penalty. According to this law, I used the OBS program, which is absolutely incorrect. I do not have any program, and I am fully prepared to do a PC check now and immediately. I hope you reconsider and remove the penalty.
