ID 9847 will receive a punishment for RDM
ID 19821 will receive a punishment for VDM
ID 12821 was also VDMing but he was already punished in the same incident for VDM so he wont be punished again.
ID 17414 will receive a punishment for General Rules 6.13 Mercy Killing
and,
ID 7765 will also receive a punishment for Metagaming​
