I have been punished under GR 3.1 and 3.2, I understand and admit that it was my mistake to insulting player. I have serve 7 days punishment under the rules mentioned herewithin. I apologize for the mistake done and will never happen again. It is my humble request to unban me or to reduce my punishment for 7 days. I understand that I need to remain silent even when person provokes or insult on the server. Please re-consider and unban me.
