I was driving my car to my house and was about to honk to park and this guy starts shooting from the apartment complex, I drove around to the main street to catch him by surprise and get his ID and I punched him while he was missing all of his shots. I led him out of HQ so that i could down him and start reporting and he combat logged as well!
