2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?
a) Firstly, I was in all the gangs and other organizations before (except lspd and li). I am now co-leader of Sarsilmaz 2.0 (unofficial org) family. Now, I think this the right time for being a leader because i did all the things and i am ready for this kind of responsibility.
b) Me and my gang will bring power to illegal side of the city. We know the problems about the ghetto and we will try to fix them. We will bring balance to the ghetto. I will make Bloods HQ home for all gangsters in city.
c) All the gangs were not active recently. We as a family did so many illegal activities so it is time for the real power of ghetto Bloods. Me and my deputies together we are gonna rule all over the city and we will face with leos everywhere. I will welcome all the gangsters who do illegal activities in the city and they will continue in this way.
3) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
a) I will keep my gang active so they will be in rp every second. I will do it by doing store robberies, highway robberies, fz raids and hostage situations.
b) I will not allow favouritism so everyone will get what they deserve. I will make a good high command team with understanding and helpful. Me and my high commands will do proper interviews for people to invite. I will inform all of them about this and i will teach them about how to do great interviews. I will not accept people who do not know the city rules. I'll let them join Bloods after they learn all the rules.
c) I will not allow rulebreaks and I will teach them how to stay in roleplay.
