Rejected Formal Complaint Against Off-Duty EMS Employee – Violation of GR 6.12

I want to report an off-duty EMS employee who harassed me while I was on duty by displaying a firearm. This behavior violates GR 6.12 and created a hostile work environment. Please look into this matter urgently.
