I would like to start by explaining myself and my situation, my biggest goal in this city was to achieve a leadership position and im very disappointed in myself for ruining that goal and not completing a full term thus it was not my intention and i did not leave the post myself it was due to many org warns. I explained myself as much as i could that i only was asking to remove a deputy not change the deputy and it was not my intention to make it look like i didnt respect the curators and staffs time i really do appreciate their time and their help throughout my term and also the changes we're made because two of my deputies received a ban and another one got deputy blacklisted for my term because of a incident that happened that he caused. I really do understand my mistakes aswell as that my deputies are my responsibility but i did not expect them to do this as they are all experienced in other Grand servers like the portugese city and they also have a lot of experience in this city. I did not leave my post or ever try to leave my post I really wanted to do a successful gang term where we could also achieve 100% turfs i was trying my best and put the leadership as a priority more than my ooc life i promise you that and you can check from my activity in the game as a leader. I really do apologize for the bad impression i did on the staff which wasnt my intention and i apologize for not finishing the term successfully due to the org warnings we kept getting from turfs and etc.. I promise none of that was my intention and i promise my only goal was to have a successful leadership term. I hope you could reconsider this so i can enjoy Grand Rp's birthday with everybody. As i said I never wanted to leave my post as a leader I really wanted this term to be a successful one none of this was my intention and as much as i apologize it wont express how sorry i am for doing this im very very sorry that i made it look like I didnt respect anyones time. I hope you can forgive me as it wont ever happen again. Thank you for taking your time to look into this whether it gets rejected or approved. Much Love to all of you.
