I hope you're having a great day. I recently received a seven-day ban for using inappropriate language during the Red Light, Green Light event. I want to sincerely apologize for my actions—I did not intend to break the rules, and I fully respect the guidelines set in place.
It has been over three years since I last played, and I acknowledge that I should have been more mindful of my words. Upon reviewing the rules, I see that the use of certain words typically results in a 1-3 day ban but I received a 7 day ban. Given that I only used the word once and not in a directed or harmful manner toward anyone, I kindly ask if my case could be reconsidered.
