Hello Mazhor,
I was permanently banned for having a multi-account. I am aware that you can't talk about something like this in a good way, but I am trying to clear it up a little bit to maybe get a second chance. I will try to explain it to you from the beginning to the ban. My main account is Zane Tachini, which I first created and started playing on your server. After two or three months, my account was unfortunately banned and since I wanted to continue playing on Grand RP, I created a second account (Hazy Mahrez). My main account (Zane Tachini) was permanently banned, which leads me to believe that I was banned for account sharing, although I never gave either main or 2nd account to anyone else.
Unfortunately, my time on the server ended after about a month, so I had no chance to play on the server as long as the bans were still active, because I was already aware that you are only allowed to have two accounts! After some time, the ban on my main account was lifted and I could play again. When I played there again for a while, I wanted to check how my second account (Hazy Mahrez) was doing. But unfortunately I couldn't remember my password and so I wanted to reset my password. When I entered my e-mail there, the message "This account / e-mail does not exist" appeared.
After reading this, I assumed that my account had been deleted and I thought I could now create a new second account without any problems, which I eventually did. Immediately after creating the new account, I still wanted to know what happened to my (actual) second account. So I asked an administrator what I could do about it. He told me to get in touch with a certain technician (CrazyM) from Grand RP. After that I went to the forum and made a request in the technical section. This was also answered relatively quickly and I was supposed to write him a private message or email with a pre-made form. Unfortunately, when I did this, there was no reply until today.
I had no malicious intention to create multiple accounts and certainly not to avoid a ban. I admit that it was my mistake to create a third account on my own without knowing that accounts cannot be deleted. I was not aware of this myself and was only told after the ban. I admit my mistakes and would ask for a second chance. I was only concerned with these three accounts and only know these three! As I have been told that there are supposed to be several more accounts through another social club account that is supposed to be in my name, I would just like to know which ones they are as I absolutely cannot explain this.
