I want to be the leader of Marabunta because I'm tired of just being a member. When I was in the gang, there was no activity, and I believe I can make a difference. I've been high command many times, and I know this gang is one of the best because of that location and potential.
If I become leader, I will make the gang more active and host events to keep things fun. I'll also implement a proper interview process, because if new members don't understand the rules, I can't invite them. My goal is to make the gang stronger, and I'll create a bonus system so that members can enjoy their time and feel rewarded.
I don't want any toxic members in the gang—we'll stick together and remember what we're here for.
