Life Story:
Onur was born in Florida and at that time his father was at Iraq as a soldier who was fighting for his country. When Onur was two years old he and his mother received the news of his father's death. Onur was affected by this and did not want it to end here like this. Onur put his mind to it and tried to do his best to enter the Army. Onur was ready to do everything he could to become a soldier like his father. Onur also had an uncle who was Veteran. Onur asked his uncle for help and told his uncle that he wanted to be like his father. He tried his best in trainings. After finally entering the Army, Onur decided to join United States Air Force (USAF). He went to multiple countries such as Pakistan, Syria and etc. Onur not only lost his father in these wars, but also his friends who were close and had fun with him. After returning to the country, Onur wanted to be part of Governmet, FIB, SAHP and other organizations. Consequently, Onur went to Los Santos city and he thought it would be very great idea with his background over there.
Career Story:
When Onur came to Los Santos City, He joined Los Santos Police Department(LSPD) to observe how this things work in this city. After realizing that LSPD is not a place for him, he joined SAHP as a Trooper. He made friends and gained a lot of experience. He was spending his most of time with other Troopers and learning new skills and other stuffs. Later, Onur wanted to join Government. At that time, Onur was having financial difficulties. He was at a point where he couldn't even pay the rent of his house. One day, Onur saw that one of government agent was committing corruption and earning more money from it. The agent was releasing gangsters and criminals in exchange for money or weapons. Onur thought that it could be better option for him to do corruption and get more money. Onur started to make connection with gangsters and criminals even people who are rich in city. Onur was forcing him to cover up the incident, saying he was doing this for money. Onur was always looking to remain on top of things and hide his traces, so he joined a crime family and kept in touch with other gang members, criminal families, and corrupt officers.
Outcomes:
1. Onur can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. ( with a RP reason )
2. Onur can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3. Onur can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Onur can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
5. Onur can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Onur can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Onur can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8. Onur can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
9. Onur can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
10. Onur can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
