Life Story: Snow Cullen was born in India in a small poor family. While growing up he had to face many difficulties in order to survive for food and and getting a proper sleep. In the streets of India it was never safe around where criminal activities such as robbery and murders used to be common in streets.
Living in such environment Snow still had a dream to work out for state and work for LSPD. While he was on the streets he got adapted to such activities but one day he reached Los Santos leaving everything behind and started a new life hoping to join LSPD. He visits the LSPD HQ fills out the application and gets selected for it. It was the beginning of a new journey for Snow Cullen where he was able to get what he wanted while coming from a small in Indian streets.
Career Story: While working for LSPD things were going really good for Snow Cullen he was living a gentle and peaceful life. He used to look out for criminals on daily basis and arrest them for their activities. He was able to get in the eye of Chief of LSPD and other state leaders and gain their trust.
One day while arresting people in a store robbery he was able to get the leader of a mafia gang. While taking him to DOC the mafia leader offered him a huge sum of money to release him which caught the eye of Snow. At first he denied the offer and stick to rules of state but offer was increased significantly and he though that he can get a life stress free get a big mansion for himself and live freely without any issues.
One thing led to another and Snow accepted the offer of mafia leader and set him free. But after this situation he got more greedy and wanted to get more money and was not able to satisfy himself which made Snow start corruption and he used to release suspects for money and starting engaging in illegal activities for the sake of money because now what he started doing was all for the sake of money.
