Dear Mazor,
I am writing this complaint regarding my ban from Grand RP DE 04 due to an allegation of cheating, as I was in a Discord server that was selling cheats. First, I would like to sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding that led to this situation.
I want to make it clear that I have never used or purchased cheats, as confirmed during the PC check. Furthermore, there is no rule that states that merely being on a so-called "cheater Discord" is a bannable offense. I assure you that I have never acted in a way that would give me an unfair advantage in the game.
I have learned from this incident and have already left the "cheater Discord" to avoid any impression that I have violated the rules in any way. I would also like to add that, like many other players, I was unaware of the ban on being in such Discords. The relevant announcement was only made for DE01 and DE02, but not for DE04, which is why I assumed I was not breaking any rules.
Additionally, my presence on this Discord was solely intended to obtain legal Reduxe or weapon skins. I was in no way interested in acquiring cheats.
If necessary, I am of course willing to undergo another PC check to show that I am not using any unauthorized software.
Grand RP means a lot to me, and I deeply regret any actions that may have led to my ban. Therefore, I kindly request a re-evaluation of my case, as I am very eager to play fairly within the community and return. If needed, I am happy to engage in further discussions or provide additional clarifications.
