2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have a really good past experience and i was also deputy in marabunta and i know how to handle the affairs of gang and i can easily run gang without any kind of rule break.
From the start i have been a member of gangs and served many time as a HC and deputy and now i think i am capable of becoming a leader and i know i can complete my term without any warn and dispute and i have really good skills of leadership
I have my friends and family who will help me to run my gang and be active and attend the events and make the gang and do the best to be the most active gang in the city and also we will do special events so that more people would join the gang and make my ballas term one of the best terms in the city to ever exict
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I got a really good turf team who will play turf and try to do 100% turf without any rulebreak and without any cheaters
I will make sure that there is no toxicity in gang and if anyone do toxicity imitiate actions would be taken so that everyone can enjoy the rp
I will try my best to do max events and make the ballas gang as the most active gang who provides highest bonus and respect to thier gang members
We will do 100% graffiti every hour
