Dear Lebron,
On January 7, 2025, I submitted an unban request because I was banned for violating the rule "Supporting Cheats - Supporting Ban Evasion." You reviewed my request, and my 60-day ban was turned into a blacklist.
After we had been quite successful in Turf, the admins took notice of us since we had achieved 100% three times and held 40 territories twice. As a result, the former admins exclusively sent me a message, instructing me to independently recheck my Turf team for multi-accounts or cheaters. Otherwise, they would do it again themselves (even though this was already done during registration). However, they found nothing, which is why these players were able to play for more than a quarter of a year without any issues. I was given a two-day deadline to recheck my team. This proved to be quite difficult because I had no way of verifying whether a player was using a multi-account or cheating. I asked my team members, but everyone denied being a multi-account or cheater. I also reviewed the Turf logs from the previous week, but nothing seemed particularly suspicious to me. However, barely an hour later, I received a message stating that three people had been banned. Two days later, I received a message from Chelo Lima informing me that I had been excluded from Turf.
No other Turf leader playing at the same time as us received such a message, despite the high likelihood of multi-accounts or cheaters being present in their teams as well. At the same time, I reported all other suspicious individuals for whom I had proof of multi-accounting or cheating to the admins. However, only a small fraction of the reported individuals were banned. I would like justice, either by having all players properly checked or by having my ban reduced. As I explained above, I was the only one required to go through this procedure. Furthermore, I spoke with someone who is still actively playing, and they confirmed that multi-accounts are still being used in Turf. Yet, the current Turf leaders receive no punishments for the same thing I was allegedly or unknowingly (if it even happened) penalized for.
