As shown in the evidence the guy (ID 64656) phases through a invisible wall and manages to drive everyone's personal vehicles inside the PD parking lot and block the gate. He also attempted to take shots at me but that's not the main issue. No clue how he phased through the locked gate and invisible wall and most especially drive everyone's personal vehicles that even I couldn't drive when I tried.
