1:I am in EMS like for 8 to 9 Terms and gained experince as a normal employee and I also have the experince of each and every department of EMS which Includes MD( Medical Department) & AS (Ambulance Service) & HRT ( Training Department) & RO ( Air Rescue Department) & LT ( LabTech Department) and I believe that now i can lead this ORG in a better way.
2:This was my first ORG in City and its my Favourite one as well thats why i want to get a chace to lead this ORG in the better way and make this ORG the most reliible and actve ORG in the city that everyone wants to join and I can see that liike in my EMS experiince I didnot make any enemies I just only make friends in this ORG so I Believe that I can Make this ORG more Friendly and proviide a good envoirment in this ORG for theiir Employees.
3:There are so Many Deserving People in this ORG who Needs Chance to Prove themselves and Also many Hardworking Employees but they disappoint rom EMS bcz They are not getting what they deserves So i will make sure to giive chace to the persons who are deserving and hardworking without any Favourtism and Baised opiinion.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Right now you can see EMS is not so much in doing Events but I will make Sure to Make another Department Espcially fot Events who only orgnizes events frequently so we can get connected with the citizen of the Los Santos and I also try to do more Mediical campagin and blood donation and also like to make another therapist Department who can console Sucide victims and also many more disease patient like depression,anxiety and many mores.I will also make sure to Improve our RO department so we can attend every event and help LEOs in a very Professsional Enviorment and also try to
