First of all i want say that that person who just reported me was 1 hp at that time as i can see in his pov so he will die anyways when i crashed him or he crashes somewhere else like sidewalks. If his hp was full he wouldnt be dead when i crashed him.

Secondly i didnt want to crash him i just crashed him by accident because he was driving scooter it is the hardest vehicle to see from far. And if i have to be punished its not vdm because i didnt crash him when he was on foot. I just crashed him when he was on the car so its not vdm. So i want you to review the case again.
