2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- i want to try to be a leader after being deputy too many times and bloods was my favorite one .
- getting the most active gang and attend to all the event and make the ghetto under bloods control .
- i want to improve my leading skills as leader i have experience in grp project en2 \ en3 as gang member
- i have strong deputies with experience they will be active in different time zones of the server.
- as i know how crime org works, i know perfectly How Leo orgs Works as i was in many of them and also high command, i think it will really help to my gang that i have this big knowlege about leos and will be easier to deal with them.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- giving bonus to the most active members in the gang
- We will make too many situations ( Hostage situations | Store robbery every 2-3 h ) against leos.
- robbing people with proper rp and taking the hostage with using ropes
- making the gang with 0 toxicity
- teaching new player about ghetto rules etc ...
- making Interview for joining
