hey, pablo few weeks ago i got banned for gen rule 4.1 (minus files) i want to clear what happened i was an temp leader of ems when i got the term rocky royal did a pc check on me in which they find my lod scale at 0 and i got banned for it i want to clarify what happened so basically some time ago i downloaded a fps boost redux installed it before this and honestly i didnt even used it as i was in EMS i don't do anything much regarding shooting or take any advantage of it also i wanna say that i was too much into ems that my main point is not to minus the setting and all i was not even aware about it i just figured it out when i got banned i am really sorry about what happened and now i want to play the game again and i mean it that i would not disappoint if you give me another chance also one thing that after i got banned i tried to put the lod scale at 0 but nothing happened it is not being 0 even thought i tried it by resetting my pc i don't know why but i cant put it back to 1 i was really active at my time by playing more then 8+ hours i think i do deserve another chance i know i broke a rule and i am sorry about it i am not even aware about it also i don't even want to do anything with that benifit if i would have known that it will ban me by any chance i wouldn't even do it please review my complaint and provide me a last chance
