2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
  • I started my career in LSPD where i have secured a significant amount of experience as HOD of HR after the term ended, i ended up being honored as HOD of HR in NG i implemented new strategies and kept the moral very high, the overall activity of HR was significant we managed 0 recruits and 6 recruitment drives per day. I have worked hard under multiple Leaders across multiple orgs, consequently I want to use my knowledge and expertise to combine their techniques and ensure I run NG to the best of my ability. Moreover , i have also been HOD of SASD in NG, here i combined my department leadership with new techniques and activity spiraled, we even almost managed $5mill in bonuses due to the fact moral was kept high and i engaged with everyone, motivating and intriguing them by holding new competitions to increase overall activity. Whilst being HOD of SASD i also learnt more about leading events and NG has a whole. I want to combine all my experience and create the best possible term, NG has ever seen.

  • I understand the importance of committed departments. I will keep the Heads lively and engaged. Most importantly I will aim to successfully develop outstanding relationships with other Legal Organisations as teamwork amongst orgs is the most successful way to win events.

  • To sum up, NG is a starter org and essentially i want to set a good example by making everyone feel welcomed and treat them like friends and family i want to keep the soldiers engaged and hooked and allow the soldiers to have a place where we all can create amazing memories

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- First of all I want to host training to enhance the physical and mental abilities of the soldiers, as well as training with other orgs to combine tactics.
- I want to recite tactics and plans with units for events to ensure readiness.
- I want to make sure the Soldiers in charge of HR are qualified and ensure all units are trained thoroughly and random testing of units (including HCs) to ensure they are up to date with rules and basic procedures.
- I will make sure all departments are diverse and entertaining to be in and provide good rank up opportunities to encourage people to be active.
- Again, i want to ensure good relationships with other orgs such as LSPD,FIB, GOV and SAHP by having combined operations and frequent meetings to discuss issues
