I had left my Progen GT at the parking which is a GZ which could be seen at 1:30 in the POV and then at 7:03 in the POV, the same car gets stolen 
Which means whoever the person was stole my car from a GZ.
Hence, I kindly request you to give the person a proper punishment and also return my car from the impound for me as why should I have to pay 900k for my car which was unfairly stolen.
(All of the other things in the POV, there was no RP situation involved it was out of RP fun)
