hello senior ups my leader application of ballas got rejected on the reason that i dont have enough exp but i am not level 15 in game and also deputy and many times under deputy i don't think there would be any thing which stop me to get a chance and give the interview
A person who's id is more larger than me : Rejected - Leader of Ballas | John Ice got selected for interview and he's never been deputy then why cant i get a chance for deputy please give me reconsider my application and give me a chance for interview

Hello, simply gain more experience in city also in gangs and apply again in future. You can get a chance in future after getting more experience, but for now you answer is given already.
