2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- First of all, I always wanted to help the citizens because they are the people who are most important in the city. So there life is also so much important, so basically I want to help them and they should be safe and healthy, also there health is very important in the city. So I will help them out and try to do many things that can help the citizens about there health and about there physical and mental health. I will try to help them to free from disease and also patching them up and clearing there wounds.
- Secondly I think I am very well experience person, I was in ems a long time ago and that time I started my journey as first responder after sometime and performed good duties in good way and then slowly slowly I got promoted to traumatologist. So ya also I have experience in many other organizations like lspd, government and also sahp. So I think I will handle the ems org in a very good way.
- I am a person which always follows the rules and regulations of org as well as the server. That is the reason I have a very less or like not much punishment history, its almost clean. I am a person which always respects the citizens as well as the employees of the org wheather they are lower in rank or an high command. I always try to learn more and more things as a leader and also as a citizen. I also know how to handle high pressure situations and also how to deal with the situations.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Firstly I will make a good and very active FTO department so that they give training as soon as possible to the new comers. I will make FTO department active by giving them a huge amount of bonus and an additional bonus for doing mass training.
- I also see that when someone dies there is very less ambulance available to patch them up. So I will also increase the bonus of them and also increase the activity of AS department, so that no citizen should suffer from this problem that they are not getting patched up when they die.
- Also I will do department checkups for lspd, sahp and also ng. Also I will try to get an active medic department which will make medicines regularly and also give them a huge bonus and promotions.
- last but not the least I will organize a promotion ceremony every week for our employees and also I will give some random promotions throughout the week as well because many people do a very good hard work in day and night so they diserve on the spot promotion as well.
