First of all, the person with ID 325309 has already given the demands for 5 seconds and you do not have proper pov of the situation. So why did you mentioned his ID?.
Additionally, the other guy pickpocketed you. Note that a person can rob anywhere in the city except on green grass, without needing to say anything. Also, gang cars are not required for pickpocketing.
