As Leo LSPD has always been the best place to start your career, where you learn from all your mistakes as a cop and start to understand about the city and the State Side, in my opinion LSPD is an amazing place that helps everyone grow, I personally came to LSPD with no experience and only in my first term there I got watch commander a high Command position in just a few weeks of good work. In the past, I was an undersheriff at SAHP, my term was very successful and SAHP is an excellent organization, but in LSPD you have the drastic change of jurisdiction, that you are responsible for more Store Robberys, more ATMs, more vehicles to Tow, more Fines to give, And more crime.
Human Resources & Training the most important Department of LSPD she is basically the heart of (Los Santos Police Department) she will be active and always train Trainees to make them the best version of themselves And make sure That In most of the time there won't be Any Cadets or Probation officers waiting for training and not Receiving them, they will make sure all the fines giving are perfect and all the arrest are 100% valid.
Traffic Enforcement One of the most important departments in LSPD, they will always use 3+ tow trucks around the city towing In the important places like Pillbox Hospital, Legion Square, Casino And more, They will distribute fines throughout the city And They will do many Tow Raids as Possible.
one of the biggest problems that existed when I was in LSPD is Internal Affairs the department was always dead and instead of punishing people and making Order and professionalism they were Inactivity, its will change they will give Punishments fairly to people and will make sure That everything ran smoothly and in order with good COS and Head of Department they will do order of behavior and professionalism.
I started my journey in the city as a cop for the first time in Andy's term from there I progressed to HC and then I was DHOD of SWAT in Luca's term one of the most successful terms of all time There I Learned to Lead And Lead SWAT And Every Situation from there, Before that I was HOD in FIB And from there I came to SAHP as Undersheriff it was my first time In LeaderShip Position where we did two successful terms, And then I progressed a lot in the city as Lt. General, Deputy Cheif of Police And more....
3 - Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization
I'll make sure there's always someone on duty I will coordinate different timezones between HC's
that at any moment HC will be on duty, I will make sure there will be more interaction with the other organizations besides special missions like with FIB
Federal Investigation Bureau - we can do inspection with GOV on them, and they can do inspection on us.
or with SAHP San Andreas Highway Patrol - We will conduct together Tow Raids To Clean the City And The High Way at the best way possible and will always work together
EMS Emergency Medical Service - Will try to Respond to most of the missions will help with Adrenaline shots and healing LEO's when needed and always will come to
hostage situations to help the kidnapped for the Best Rp.
Regarding NG National Guard - S.W.A.T (special weapons and tactics) will conduct training at least twice a week, Like training in the arena
or a fake Hostage situation with some organizations. IB Investigation Bureau will be one of the most active departments she will take evidence regularly at any crime scene and will try to provide them to FIB, PR Public Relation will conduct events every day to finish quick as possible the 25 events for the ORG and for the citizens
after it she will do "private" events for LSPD with prizes To make the employees happier.
