2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 My First reason to become a leader of lspd is my past experience in LEO organization.I had passed many
terms in lspd as high command and leaded may events.Now i want to Lead the whole organization as leader
to take this organization in next level with my leadership skill and effort.
2.2 Secondly LSPD faces many challenges in the city with crimes and traffic violation.Even as a citizen i face
it too.But i want to remove all crimes and traffic violation from the city and make the city clean during
my leadership.Also last time Cheif Rikz White inspired me a lot to become leader of lspd.
2.3 Also as a leader i want to apply some new tecniques to improve our rp of our organization.Also
ill introduce some new things in lspd which will help im improvement of our organization.Also there is
a lot of my friend who will help me to complete one of the best term in lspd.I hope ill do best as leader of
lspd.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Relation with other organiztion :
Ill try to make a great relation with other state organization.Ill host many speacial mission with
other org and also ill send my unit to the speacial mission of the other orgs.
Promote Professionalism:
In my term ill take strong action against unproffesionalism.Ill try to make all
my officers proffesional in every field by giving them training and hiring skilled people.
Traffic Division :
In my term ill try to make most active department is TD.Ill make two shift DHOD to make sure 24/7
towing.Also ill make sure there will be no traffic violation in city.
