Dear Admin,
I was blocked for Gr 3.1 which states that no one is allowed to do ooc insult by speaking or writting which clearly was not done by me I just wrote "Yaska A".
Now i just want to know how its is an ooc insult because if i said Yaska A there is no ooc insult.
For example if i say "XXX R" prove me how is it ooc insult.
