I am writing to address the suspension imposed on my accounts due to logging in from another device, which was considered a violation of the system’s policies. I would like to clarify that I was unaware that logging in from a different device could lead to a suspension, and I had no intention of violating the rules.

The reason I logged in from a different device is that my primary device unexpectedly malfunctioned, and I was unable to run the game on it. As a temporary solution, I used my brother’s device, which shares the same IP address, until I could get my main device working again. This action was not taken with any intention of account sharing or malicious intent, but merely as a temporary workaround to avoid any disruption in my gaming experience. Please note that the suspension affected the following accounts:
