Dear respected Chiefs,
I would like to start by saying the punishment is completely justified and this is not a complaint, just an appeal to your kind understanding.
POV1 -
POV2 -
- 6th of March - Same situation occurred, but this time, Marabunta members were punished for using the roof, and we learned it was inaccessible from the event area. FIB did not go on the roof.
POV3 -
-7th of March - The 4 FIB agents get punished for breaking ER 1.18 on the 4th of March, and FIB gets a Verbal Warning.
We have been giving our best shot in maintaining 2 clean terms, under 3 warns, but somehow this situation slipped.
Our agents (and many others) aren’t familiar with every ghetto building, having spent most of their careers as LEOs.
On March 4th, we shot at gangsters on the roof for 6 minutes before going up, with no indication that it was off-limits. Especially since the gangsters were not punished at that time. When the same situation occurred on March 6th, the gangsters were then punished, making it clear for everyone that the roof was not allowed.
We respectfully request the removal of the org verbal, as this was an unintentional mistake with no unfair advantage gained. The gangsters were not punished for the situation on March 4th, so we believe it would be fair for us to be excused for the same mistake.
As a final note, I would like to mention that we do not wish to bring any further trouble to Marabunta, we respect them fully and we have all learned from this experience.
