Dear Grand-Team,
In the meantime, there are two requests for exal that you have rejected for reasons that I cannot understand:
The 1st You rejected the application because an optional proof was missing. (Source of their specially written rules) (Quote: "Your counter-proof. Of course it is better to own some, but these are not mandatory.) Furthermore, my only proof is the screenshot of the ban. I guess they see the spell themselves. I don't have any further proof, because I have no experience in RP at all and didn't know that I should rather record everything. A note for this would have been helpful when registering.
The 2nd You rejected the application because, according to your statement, my proofs were on the wrong source. If you look again, you will find the sources you suggested, namely on prnt.sc. (Proof.)
I have only been playing on your server since 03/02/2025 (my first RP server) and was banned on the same day. The reason for the ban was alleged cheating exactly at 00:00, although I was not on the computer at that time. Furthermore, I have the assumption that the following incident led to the ban:
I stood in the hotel parking lot as a fresh player who had never been on an RP server in his life when a young man drove a Porsche and asked me to drive him around the parking lot. When I asked him the reason, he replied that it was for a video shoot. He also offered me money as compensation for his wish. Since I needed money and had no reason to distrust, his suggestion seemed sympathetic to me, which is why I got into the car. Said driver really only turned a slow turn and then immediately set me off again. After I got $5,000, I didn't think anything else.
Only the next morning, when I tried to vote for the game, I had the evil fear that I would be beaten up here, and by this incident somehow (God knows how) I was declared a cheater.
I didn't cheat and was unfairly banned. So far, they have not responded to this at all.
Afterwards I turned to your support on the server DE2, where they rejected me just as they did so far.
The reason there was that I was in the wrong area.
Question at the point: If you want to create a ban request, the page of the same name "Unban requests" on the forum (where others also submit their requests) is not the right place?
In anger, I created a new account on server 1 and continued playing there until I was banned yesterday by Mr. Luke Promillo for "Rage Cheater@2". I would like to take this opportunity to point out that I only have two accounts in total and that they are located on two different servers, accordingly this is in accordance with rule 1.4. ( It is forbidden to have more than one additional account (Twinking) ) Since I only have one additional account and cannot "wink" due to the different servers, this is allowed.
If I am wrong, please correct me.
Apparently I am doing something wrong in the overall situation from your point of view and would be very grateful if you could give me clarity.
As it has been here so far, I assume that I will no longer be able to access my account and my real money, even though I have been wrongly accused. If so, I ask for a justification so that I can improve.
Otherwise, I am happy to do a complete PC check with you. I've never cheated. You will not find any harmful or illegal software and/or hardware in my system.
I am ready to have any action taken by you so that I can play with you again.
