Watch at the beginning that I respawn my bike in GZ,
Then skip to 3:55 to see the notification.

I was in Train's station parking lot (Green Zone), as you can seem in the video, respawning my bike and trying to call it multiple times ( cause of bug) Then i was sent to jail for UB spikes. and while i was in jail my bike that i respawned got stolen.

I don't know his ID, it doesn't show anywhere, I only have his name:
