- I want to lead LifeInvader because of my passion for its mission, I want to get experience within the organization, and my drive to make impactful changes, and I'm committed to leveraging my experience to drive innovation and growth within the organization.
- I have the experience of a head director for advertisement, worked under many leaders and previously worked as the leader of Lifeinvader. I've helped the prior leader out with a variety of tasks inside and outside of Lifeinvader. My work and play schedule (OOC work) allows me to manage the organisation with minimal trouble.
- Lifeinvader is a company that offers more than just advertisements. Here, people seek to find the greatest workplace one that is less stressful and more enjoyable rather than just to make ends meet. A media organisation has to plan events, create posters, and report on numerous activities taking place throughout the city. I will do everything in my power to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch. Many people have already chastised Lifeinvader for doing marketing incorrectly and disregarding company policies. I will ensure that everyone joining the ad team has received quick training covering both the technical aspects of editing commercials and the guidelines that must be adhered to. On the other hand, the journalism and creativity team will be reporting almost every incident happening across the city by broadcasting recorded footage, and interviews conducted on some high profile personalities. The media company is like a home to me. I've always loved working with members of the organization and tried my best to make sure by the end of the day, these employees go home with a smiling face.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organisation.
Ads Department: The Ads Department is among the most crucial and pillar of LifeInvader, which operates 24/7 non-stop. It is one of the biggest department of the organization dealing with editing and publishing the customer Ads. I will be dealing with reducing erroneous Ads by ensuring all HC are online and regularly scan the publishing board for any erroneous Ads. Hiring additional employees for night shift and preventing PDA from overflowing by employing additional staff during peak time. Also giving active and worthy employees promotion to HC team which will smoothen the operations.
News Department: News Department is an important department which keeps the citizens informed about the day-to-day events and city activities through news articles or videos. After becoming the CEO my main focus on this department will be on increasing the number of news articles and videos shared everyday. More interviews and active reporting will be promoted for the news employees to do so that the citizens gets to know what is currently happening in the city.
Creative Department: The Events Department coordinates the events and is the pulse of LifeInvader public interaction, in which the citizens engage to have fun and win prizes. I will ensure that events are coordinated every day that are fun and different. Also designing internal events for the workers to relieve stress after working for an extended period. This will enhance the interaction between the employees and citizens.
HR Department: HR department is the backbone in order to keep smooth and effective organization by hiring employees and providing them with proper training. The HR Department will be conducting 2-3 open recruitments for major departments such as Events, News or Ads.
Regular HOD & DHOD Meetings: Conducting regular meetings with the department heads and deputies to monitor their department progress, discuss problems and collecting suggestions on how to better their departments. This ensures the organization keeps on updating and achieving its desired objectives.
