Sir, I had posted a thread for Bug Abuse and GR 3.1 but the reviewing admin rejected the thread by saying
Thread Rejected
No Rule break found as he came back to RP.

Here is the Thread -- > Rejected - Bug Abuse + GR 3.1 | 190885 But as you can see in the POV provided in the thread he clearly did CL and Bug Abuse and "GR 3.1 in the Screenshot".

Sir, I am also writing Warn in the Type of punishment as I have no relevant option.

Regarding the rule break, proof is insufficient
For CL full situation is not visible about you watching him and catching him for what reason
Regarding bug abuse also there should be proper visibility from the time he came back​
