Not Only was he a fearless soldier and commander, but Madmaxx Viking also became one of the finest pilots Los Santos had ever seen. Mastering the art of aerial combat and emergency rescue operations, he was often the first in the skies during high risk missions, ensuring the safety of his team and the citizens below. Whether engaging enemies midair or delivering critical supplies, his piloting skills became crucial asset in his service to the city. Now he aiming to become General of NG.
Outcomes:
1- Madmaxx Viking can pickup any weapon from the ground and use that for his own defence.( will show fear when needed)
2- Madmaxx Viking can easily drive any aircraft in very Professional manner, can land heli in congested areas because of experience he had in NG.
3- Madmaxx Viking can offer to become a citizen hostage for 100k maximum and leo hostage for 100k maximum.
4- Madmaxx Viking can offer to provide information to illegal organization and legal organization about each other for bribes.
