1- I Want to Apply for the Leadership Of San Andreas National Guard

2- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2-1/ In my whole journey in Grand Rp I joined multiple Organizations I learned everything from scratch And I gained experience till I found my self taking high command ranks in LSPD , NG , FIB and SAHP by this experience I want to take it to another level of challenge to be a leader and I apply for NG because I fall in love with this organization cause of his important role of making san andreas state safe.

2-2/ My primary objective is to institute a firm and disciplined team who will act in unity within the National Guard. By introducing effective strategies and accountability checks, we will ensure that every member does his best. Also, with the help of other state forces, we will be more engaged and take the necessary steps to fight crime. Our mission is not limited only to the protection of Fort Zancudo from criminals but also to the actual maintenance of law and order throughout San Andreas, by being the National Guard a constant presence of force. With a professional and committed mind-set, we will establish a new standard-one that forces thieves and felons to think twice and bolsters the confidence of the law-abiding people we serve.


3- Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1/ I will focus on providing a good training system to our solders because I believe that will enhance their efficiency and make them deal with different situations responsibly and professionally.

3.2/ I will work to create an atmosphere of communication characterized by respect for each other and the implementation of orders by organizing weekly meetings or when needed to evaluate our ability to communicate and respond to all situations.

3.3/ Not only that, I will also take the time to think of ways on how I can reward and appreciate the work done by each soldier in facilitating the team spirit. Appreciation is essential in the sense that it is the thing that unites all parts of the group and gets them to work at a high professional level to show a strong and prosperous organization.

3.4/ We will work to strengthen the relationship between citizens and the National Guard by organizing a group of events that will create bridges of communication and trust with citizens.

3.5/ We will organize weekly patrols in the city to show anyone who intends to commit any crime how strong the National Guard is and how loyal we are to protecting the homeland and its citizens.
