As in both of the threads you can see that the povs of same situation are uploaded by two different people. But in the pov of I'd 179412 you clearly see that they are connected on discord but in the other pov of I'd 165645 you can see that the discord overlay is not there hence it clearly indicates that he is not recording all overlays.
