Life Story:
Rex born a in a well known family in his town strawberry people always used to take help from his family whenever they need help . Rex was going to be the next to continue the legacy of his family . But , Their family enemies was enough to ruin his power and happiness of his life when he was 15 his family was blown up in a car and their family house was captured by the opposing family his fathers left hand sent him to Los Santos because his life was in danger to live in Strawberry , He had a lot of problems to settle there he only had one rented house their and money was enough to spend his whole life without doing a job.
Career Story:
when he migrated to Los Santos he decided to earn some money because he was all alone in a rented house and only have plenty of money left to live later he joined SAHP and achieved COS of SWAT and later got transferred to NG and served as AG later he also served GOV and USSS Deputy Director. Now , He's in LSPD as ACP He made a lot of friends in these orgs but was not making enough money to live a life like he was living before he saw his partners doing corruption and decided to do the same by doing this secondary methods he now use to do illegal things like dealing with illegal firearms and drugs and now he have a lot of money to live his life like he used to life in strawberry.
Outcomes:
1-Rex can demand for money (up to 100k) and illegal items to become Hostage. (with proper rp reason)
2-Rex can carry a his ID and portable radio while off duty.
3-Rex can use or carry illegal items and weapons while on/off duty.
4-Rex can carry organization stuff off duty to respond to the situation .(not for personal use)
5-Rex can refuse to reads the Miranda rights and can lie about a lawyer.
6-Rex can smash Or destroy someone's body cam in RP situations by proper RP commands (using /try command only 2 times).
7-Rex can refuse to show his ID to LEO's civilians or suspects while doing corruption and to not get caught.*
8-Rex can sell illegal items and weapons in black market. (while being off duty).
9-Rex can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested ( With a RP reason ).
10-Rex can tear off the mask of criminals without asking them and ask them to drop their weapons.
