Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I came in the city almost 5 months ago, the first gang i joined was not Bloods but after taking experience in other gangs,
Bloods felt different, and i want every newcomer like me to join Bloods.
2) The recruiters will be experienced, they will make sure that new comers must know basic rules, and correct them with any fails.
there will be a Special Rank for those who will teach new comers the Rules of the city. I think I can make this gang the best gang in the city because I have HC's and deputies who will do events and keep the gang alive even when I'm not in city.
3) As my goal is to give chance to newcomers give them new opportunity, provide them proper RP, for this I'll strictly prohibit favoritism, I'll make sure there will be no Toxicity in my gang as these things ruins RP. I'll make sure at least 1 HC to be present even when making the rob, in order to perform it in accordance with the rules. In this way, the risk of mistake will be reduced to zero and the rp will be completed in accordance with the rules. Lastly i want my term to be known for years ill make this possible by my solids plans.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
I) No Toxicity - Any kind of toxicity will not be appreciated.
II) No Favoritism - Any one doing favoritism will be blacklisted.
III) Bonus System - Good Bonus system will motivate players, More the number of players in Events.
IV) Active Hiring
V) More Events, therefore more Roleplay.
