I have received a blacklist due to a violation of general rule 1.4, and I would like to request your permission to purchase a new copy of GTA 5 and create a new account, where I would record videos about Grand RP for YouTube. I plan to create a series called "From Zero to Hero", showcasing how to earn 100 million from scratch, how to manage an office, and other useful tips for players. I would document everything in detail to help the community and new players.

If I am not allowed to create a new account, I would like to ask if it is possible to have my old account unbanned so that I can continue playing and creating content for YouTube.
