I am sorry for hijacking caravans for family points, and I also apologize on behalf of my family.
We were not aware that this was considered bug abuse. To be fair, almost every family has been doing the exact same thing to earn family points instead of delivering caravans, so we assumed it was acceptable and started doing it as well. However, only our family has been punished for this, while all the others continue without consequences.

Nevertheless, I accept my mistake and sincerely apologize for my actions. I have always played fairly and have never intentionally engaged in any wrongdoing.

I kindly request you to reconsider this punishment, as we were unaware that this was considered bug abuse. We never intended to exploit bugs. The only reason we participated was that everyone else was doing it, and no warnings were issued to anyone.

It is unfair to permanently ban us for something we did not know was considered bug abuse. It was an honest mistake, and we were unaware of it. Please reconsider.
