Hello Admins,
I was about to tow a car outside SAHP HQ, ID 212978 came upto me and told me not to tow that car. As a corrupt cop, I am allowed to break IC rules. So I tried to tow the car anyway, then ID 212978 immediately exited the game and in a few seconds, the car disappeared off my tow truck's hook.

Yes it is absolutely punishable to relog to stop you car from being towed, but the person next to you was not the owner. The owner logged off, but there is insufficient proof that this was intentional.
