He claimed that I didn’t give a warning and started shooting as soon as I arrived.
However, if you watch my POV, you’ll see that before even getting out of the car, I told him to leave the area. Despite this, he aimed a gun at me, which forced me to shoot in self-defense.
Later, when I noticed he wasn’t shooting back, I started counting to give him a chance to leave the area. I even waited for a while, but instead of quickly leaving, he lingered around. Seeing this, I chose to fire again.
At a certain point, it’s clear that he deliberately stopped shooting. I believe he did this to get me punished.
I had even prepared this POV 10 minutes earlier, just in case.
In summary, there was no RDM as he claimed. In fact, I did give a warning, but I had trouble executing it properly because he parked his car right next to mine and ran toward me.
I kindly request the removal of my warning and my release from prison. Thank you.
