2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?
2.1 My first law enforcement organisation was LSPD and it will always have a unique significance in my heart. I was so lucky to have a few of my closest pals support me through the learning curve. As a rookie, I progressed into the High Command position and their help greatly molded my skills. Personally, I was able to bond with the organisation as well, which still fuels my passion to aid towards LSPD’s development.
2.2 Working as a High Command in all the departments of the LSPD has provided me with a rounded experience of how the organisation functions. This has provided me with the capacity to supervise the entire organization in collaboration with the COS and HODs. I have no doubt that I can introduce reasonable policies that will improve the operational standards and insure that the organisation is at its best.
2.3 Unlike any other enforcement company, LSPD has dominion control over the entirety of the city. This is most thrilling to me because we are able to foster change in Los Santos by maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient environment.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organisation.
I am focused on guaranteeing that LSPD roleplay is enjoyable, immersive, and professional for everyone involved, whether it is an officer or a civilian. From minor interactions like a traffic stop to more complex activities like making an arrest or performing an operation, all these activities need to be seamless for every single participant. My experience as High Command in each department taught me the value of good training towards improving RP expectations. To make things easier, I will make certain that:

- HRT develops and implements these vital components to ensure effective RP: arrest procedures, communication strategies, and general Role Play instructions.
- SWAT teams conduct simulated store robberies, hostage rescues, and gang raids to prepare officers for extremely dangerous scenarios. They will also learn the latest FIB tactics so they can be integrated in the next joint operation.
- Cases of officer misconduct are handled by Internal Affairs, ensuring that all investigations are objective and factual, which helps improve the quality of RP by adding real consequences.
- Public relations will be managing the perception of LSPD through active participation in the formulation of events to invite civilians to participate in Role Play activities with us.
- Intelligence is collected on crime families and gangs by the Undercover Division and is provided to the FIB when the information is critical.
