I hope you’re doing well. I recently received a ban because my account was among several that were hacked. Unfortunately, even though I had no involvement in any hacking activities, my account was banned simply because it was grouped with those accounts. I completely understand the game’s policy, but in this case, I was an innocent player affected by the situation.
Previously, my account was hacked, and I lost everything. When I spoke with admin Bobby Pluxury, they reviewed my case and decided not to ban me, acknowledging that I was a victim. This serves as proof that I had no bad intentions and was not responsible for what happened.
I kindly ask for a reconsideration of my ban, as this was beyond my control. I truly enjoy playing the game and would love the opportunity to continue being part of the community. Thank you for your time and understanding.
