1.1 The LSPD is the first organization I joined, where I learned everything from the laws to rising through the ranks from the lowest to the highest positions. This experience ignited my passion to strive to become a leader, applying all the effort and knowledge I gained from everyone in this organization. The LSPD needs a skilled individual with high-level abilities, from communication to confidence, and I believe I am that person.
2.2 Secondly, I am extremely grateful to the LSPD because I learned everything there, and every bit of experience I gained was within this organization. Now, I am confident that I will be in the right place with the right position, and I will strive to be one of the best leaders the LSPD has ever had.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organisation.
I will focus on developing all departments, but there are some departments that require more attention and stronger leadership than others. I will ensure that
the right person, someone who truly deserves it, is at the helm of each department.
The focus will be more on the TOWIE and HR departments, as these two represent the heart of the LSPD. I will work tirelessly for them, and I already have specific plans and individuals in mind to manage them effectively.
