Dear Mr Floki and Adham hope u doing well

I got banned for no reason I swear it's for no reason I was playing the game yesterday without any problems and I left it around 4am without nothing no one report me i didnt attend any event. But when i join the game in the morning i surprised with this ban 30days for bug abuse, even if I did something wrong I just want to know what I did and I'm satisfied I swear this ban is for no reason and I hope you review this decision and thank you.
