I have been permanently banned from EN 3 for violating GR 1.6, which pertains to selling in-game items for real money. However, I did not engage in such activity. I was only selling Battle Pass items like scrap metal, timber, and batteries in the club chat, unaware that this was against the rules.

I sincerely apologize for my mistake and now understand that selling Battle Pass items in the club chat is not allowed. I kindly request you to consider lifting my ban, possibly with a money wipe or any other appropriate action. I genuinely want to continue playing Grand RP EN 3 and enjoy the game with my friends.
