2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been playing on this server for almost 3 years. I have always spent time in the state organizations. I had started my career in law enforcement (SAHP). Where I have spent a lot of time. I have the knowledge of almost everything in the state. How an organization works, their pros and cons. I mean all of the things that a leader should know.
2. I have got a good experience as an ex-En2 deputy of almost all the law enforcement organizations. I have been 4x Undersheriff, 1x Deputy Chief of Police, and was the recent deputy director of FIB. I have worked with a lot of leaders who came from EN 3 as well. I have helped them in all the possible ways to make their term successful. As a leader, I can ensure that it could be one of the best terms in the histories of EN 3. I have many ideas to make a term successful, as I have been the deputy for the past 6-7 months continuously. I have experienced almost every situation and many more things.
3. I have seen how teamwork may turn challenges into successes. I want to create an environment in which everyone is valued and respected. We will create a positive and supportive environment by encouraging open discussion and making helpful suggestions.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. There will be no favoritism during my term. Everyone will be treated fairly and equally.
2. The bonus system will be strong, which will encourage the soldiers to do work more efficiently.
3. I will try to increase the RP between the citizens and the leaders of the other state organization. I will try to make the RP as realistic as possible.
4. I will make sure that the gates are always being covered during the gatekeeping time.
5. Soldiers will get the regular trainings, which will improve the quality of the RP and their skills to handle a roleplay.
