Dear Higher Up Administrator Team,
My account was ban by you due to macro . I've put macro (it was my keyboard features)while i was studying for my exams (OOC) . I'm so sorry for that. I was new to the city and I didn't knew that macro is also an offence . At first I used to do some movement in my keyboard so my character doesn't go in Sleep and study at the same time , but i got an idea of using macro which is prebuilt in my keyboard . I thought that its not a cheat software so its acceptable but now I get it, its not. Please I'm so sorry for the macro . If possible can you please remove my ban or reduce the time of ban . I'll never make the same mistake again as it was my very first mistake .I'll make sure not to do that again.
